Honey Fragrant Teguanyin CAD $40 / 100g This tea is originally from Fujian, China. In appearance the leaves are a mid-green colour indicating a low degree of oxidation and roasting. Their aroma, when dry, is of moist honey fragrance. The liquor is a deep yellow colour with a hint of green. The taste is complex and layered: the background flavour is florid suggesting a combination of vanilla, violet and orchid flavour. The principal feature of this spring-harvested tea is its wonderful aroma. The taste is a concentrated nectar of intense sweetness. Overall this is a mainland teguanyin made to bring out the more delicate features of tea.
