Bi Lo Chun (Green Spring Snail)
This beautiful spring tea comes from Suzhou, China. It is best picked around April of each year, around pre Ching Ming (festival). The leaf of Bi Lo Chun is tiny and comes out spiral shaped hence the name Green Spring Snail. Each tealeaf should contain one tender bud and one leaf. In every 500g of tea, there should be about 60,000 to 80,000 buds. The tealeaves should be of a fruity scent. The brew is clear and golden.
